Unable to Page Up/Page Down when looking at markdown preview

When looking at a markdown file in the 'show preview only' view, I am unable to navigate up/down by using the Page Up/Down keyboard buttons. Considering markdown files can grow rather long, it would be great to be able to use these keyboard shortcuts.
