Remote connection to MySql server

I am having some issues trying to connect to a remote MySql server.

Here are some screen shots of my setup and the resulting error.

Hello,

Are you able to connect to 192.168.100.226 via SSH on port 3307 as root with another software?
What happens in the SSH server logs when we receive "Connection refused" error?

I am able to connect via the Heidi application that uses the same credentials

Where do I find the SSH server log?

Depends on what OS is running there.

Debian-based distributive will likely log everything into /var/log/auth.log and RHEL-based will log into /var/log/secure.

Do you also use SSH tunnel in Heidi app?
