Closed custom regions are automatically opened

Hi folks, 

I have a slight annoyance with some automatic behavior.

See, I've created some custom regions (#region ... #endregion) in a script that i'm working on in Intellij. I've closed (collapsed) most of them, and every time i compile and run the script, these custom regions that were closed, are automatically opened again by the editor. I really would like for them to stay closed (collapsed) until i manually click on them to open.

Any guidance on how to disable this bit of behavior?
