New project

New in Pycharm.
I create a new project(PurePython) when I click in File -> New... it displays :" Nothing Here"
What I did wrong?

Please select the project root in the Project tool window and then choose File | New... on the main menu. Also please check https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/creating-and-running-your-first-python-project.html#create-file.
