Why do I get woocommerce updates everyday on my wordpress website?

I am hosting a simple website https://webd4b.com on wordpress and have two products with woocommerce. I am not sure this is the right place to ask this question and but I constantly get woocommerce update example 3.0 and next time 3.1 and sometimes again 3.0 and again 3.1 as if there are some bug in update process. Is there a way to stop the updates through php or find a fix to this issue. 

I noticed its not only with woocommerce many plugin act this way.
