"New HTML File" dialog never closes

The "New HTML File" dialog can not be closed by providing the file name and pressing the OK button. Though it actually creates a new file without opening it.

The problem is known - please watch and vote for WEB-26513.
And generated HTML keeps that unresolved $TITLE$ and $END$ tags
