Unable to submit PHPStorm error bug report due to account authentication failure

I submitted this bug a week ago, but it has gotten zero attention:

Suddenly about a week ago, I can no longer submit errors to JetBrains because my account authentication fails (same account I'm using on this forum or to submit the YouTrack issue). I can't even remove my account to submit the errors anonymously - is there a way to do that?
