Old behavior on open brace

Press ctrl + shift + "-".
Goto any method, press ctrl + "+".
Brace are opens, but if available nested braces (for example: try-catch-finally), it's still closed.
Seems something changed, because early nested brace opened too.
Is I right?
Is I can back "old" logic?
