IDE window goes underneath in KDE when breakpoint is reached first time

Hi,
I'm using PyCharm 2018.2 on Kubuntu 18.04.
When PyCharm window is not in focus and debugger is reaching a newly set up breakpoint then the window goes underneath of other windows.
Previously I used a few other DE and always had same behavior if PyCharm reached a breakpoint - IDE window goes on top and becomes focused.
How can I fix this strange behavior?

Hi Serhiy, it's a known issue: IDEA-194655. Unfortunately, there's no workaround at the moment as far as I know.
