File nesting has stopped working

File nesting has stopped working across my project for SCSS and js files. Does anyone know why this is happening and if there's a fix for it? It's working fine in my other projects. Using PhpStorm 2017.1.5

Hi there,

Will it work if you switch back to "Project" instead of "Project Files" ?
