Mouse not clicking on intellij.

Do you mean that there is no reaction on mouse in all UI elements (editor, buttons, menu items)? Could you please share idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files) after restarting IDE?

Exactly yaroslaw i can type code, i can use my keyboard and i can do everything.

But the cursor of the mouse does't respond only inside intellij.

Sorry but i don't know how to submit the log, there is any guide?

You could use https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com/ or FTP: ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads/ (anonymous login, .uploads directory has no permissions to list/download files, only for upload).

What OS do you use? We have similar issue on linux: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JRE-563. Also please check that you use JetBrains Runtime to run IDE, see https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544879.

I wonder what was the resoultion as I encountered the very same problem with RubyMine 2021.3.1 running MacOS 12.4. It has resolved itself after some time but it was very annoying 10 minutes or so. 

By 'resolved itself' I mean that restarts did not work, but when I checked it again while typing this text it appeared to be working again without any action from my side.
