What do people think of gutter navigation dropdown icons?

I've submitted CPP-9284 two years ago. Till now, I haven't found a way to distinguish from the dropdown icons, which of the lines is the base class, which is descendant, and which is my own declaration/implementation.

What do other users think?

Should the issue get some more attention?

I believe, these should be added to the dropdown:
