I wrote the code, but in the CMD console the path to the project is not written and there is nothing at all.

Your terminal tool window looks scrolled to the bottom. Try to scroll it up to thee the path.
If it still doesn't work, please check idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/207241085) for errors related to the terminal.
