Roadmap for task management plugin

Task management is a plugin that my team use very often. However because of some problems it can't be used to fast managing tasks. Some issues were submitted over 5 years ago and are still unresolved. I saw in comments that people are still waiting for some action till now. I didn't see any changes in the latest versions and no changes also in the EAP version. Is there some kind of roadmap to find out which features are you working on or what is most important right now? I would like to know what is the priority of that plugin to decide if should I wait or search for alternatives etc.

If it's not a right place, where should I send such question?
