New update on phpStorm and webStorm
After new update for phpStorm and webStorm (2018.3). I have issue with performance with phpStorm and webStorm (lags). When I write something I can see lags in typing

I was wondering if you could tell more about the issue you are experiencing.
Do you notice lack of the performance in Editor while typing code or other windows/PhpStorm parts as well?
What version was installed before the update?
