How can I change highlight color?

I want to change the orange highlight color and the color of the word out in System.out.println. How can I find the setting to change this? If it makes any difference I'm using the Obsidian theme.

You can use Jump to Colors and Fonts action when the cursor is located on corresponding symbol: https://blog.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/2017/08/jump-to-colors-and-fonts-in-phpstorm

How do I change the selection color in the IDE??? The BLUE bits in the attached image.
This is nowhere in the theme system or the documentation, yet somehow the themes can manage it.
