Adding Swatch to PHPStorm

Using Swatch you can implement anything any Java can do. You can do anything C++ can do. You're able to manipulate in any class they have. If you're worried about switching from a compiled language to a script language, like PHP, than use Swatch! It's a comfortable switch. You can do it! Just keep up the good work!
