Oracle DB - "Reformat Code" adds extra blank between $$

After the latest update (2018.3) DataGrip auto reformat option adds a few extra spaces between $$ when using Oracle syntax. 

For instance, here's before I press ctrl+alt+L

This is kind of a deal breaker for me as I'm heavily using Oracle's inquiry directives. Can you think of a way to avoid this? Should I submit a request to JetBrains?
