Installing Perl IDE on pyCharm

I would like to install this plugin https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7796-perl to my current pyCharm 2018.1.3 edition and after downloading the plugin I went on and tried to install using the "Install plugin from disk..." but all I got was this error:
Anyone knows how can I install perl on pyCharm?

Hi Athoshica,
I cannot see any errors on your screenshot. Have you tried to install it not from disk? If you search for Perl plugin in the search field you should find it.
