How does CLion cmake differ from running it in command line?

Hey,

When i run cmake in command line on my project, it compiles fine and completes.

When i reload the CMake Project in CLion, it seems to run cmake fine and reaches the same point it would in command line, but then it seems to be doing additional things then fail. I've attached a screenshot.

If anyone could point me in the right direction i'd be super grateful.
