Make fill-able boxes easier to see

It's not very easy to see what columns can/can't be filled, I had to "tab" to see that I could fill in the "Target Table" under the foreign key tab in Modify Table . 

Perhaps have a small design change where fill-able fields have a small padding around them with low opacity? Maybe there's other use cases in forms which I've yet to come across.Thanks!
