change unit test filename template

I've figured out how to change the unit test class and method templates, but what I can't figure out is how to change the default name of the unit test class. Currently IntelliJ names the unit test file <ClassName>Test.java. I would like to change it so the default unit test file is named <ClassName>UnitTest.java.  Is there a way to do that in IntelliJ Ultimate 2018.3.4?  

FWIW I am using TestNG.
