Issue Logging into Stepik

When attempting to log into Stepik and then authorizing access, I receive a HTTP 404 Not Found error message on my webpage. How can this be resolved? I'm attempting to start Python and Java introduction classes through the IntelliJ IDEA and PyCharm Educational platforms.
