after power fail - amnesia

Might be useful to somebody. After a power fail, phpstorm totally forgot my projects and would only display a dialog asking if i wanted to create a new project (no!) or open an existing one (not possible because i couldnt find where phpstorm saves the project configuration and the dialog display any existing projects).  But interestingly the Jetbrains toolbox remembered the project and clicking on the phpstorm icon opened it and eveything was back to normal - apart from the "file->open recent->manage projects" in phpstorm not showing anything
