Menu of Plugin disappears after restart

I use the CHelper plugin (https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7091-chelper) and inserted it into my Main menu.

However, always if I restart IntelliJ, it isn't shown anymore and I have to add it again via the preference.

The crazy thing is, that I can find in still in the preference, but not in the menu. (see picture) Then I delete it, and add it again.

What can I do, so that I don't have to add it every time I start my IDE?
