Arrays for Graphics C++

So i'm pretty new to all of this, and I am stuck on figuring out the right coordinates to trace an image into CLion.(graphics.h, graphics.cpp, something like that)

How would I go about setting up the code, using arrays, or any other coding to trace/draw the robot?
