Internal error:java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.intellij.openapi.util.text.StringUtil$1: method <init>()V not found

I upgraded my Mac and now IntelliJ won't start.  

After install, I saw a notification that I need to update some plugins Vue and Node.js.

Then restart, I see the error.
