CMD-A won't select all from find text box, or current line in console 2019.1

Since I upgraded to 2019.1, I can't hit command-A to select all the text in either the find text entry box or python console. I could have sworn this was available in previous versions. I see cmd-A is assigned by default in the Find under keymap. But it just isn't working.
