Struggling to find base intepreter

Hello everyone,
I've just installed pycharm yet I when I've tried to find/add a base intepreter.
I'm not sure about what the correct file path to the python intepreter would be?
Any help would be much appreciated

Hi, the correct path is wherever you did install Python on your system. Could you please specify your OS?
OS: Windows 10 Home
Path: C:\Users\aaron\.PyCharmCE2019.1
This is the point that I got confused as the next two directories were; config & system, Were would it be stored?
PyCharm doesn't bundle Python, you have to install it manually if you didn't do it. E.g. by downloading from https://www.python.org/ and installing to the desired location.
