PHP Plugin no longer available?

Today my Intellij IDEA instance updated to version 2019.2. Immediately all colourisation and formatting disappeared from .php files. All mention of PHP disappeared from my settings.

The "PHP" plugin no longer appears to be available in the marketplace according to the plugins page in the IDE settings. I have tried a complete reinstall of the IDE. All my previous plugins are still installed, including PHP toolbox, but my IDE just does not support PHP at the moment. Obviously I've checked all file type associations - PHP does not appear as a language option in the list.

Has the PHP plugin been removed from the marketplace? Is it incompatible with the new version?
