EAP 2019.2: keyboard shortcut to truncate when highlighting a table?

In 2019.1 I was able to alt-enter on a selected table and get a drop-down menu where I could choose "truncate…"

Now this keyboard shortcut doesn't do anything, was it changed? How can I change it back? I've no idea what this action could be called in the keymap.

My mapping still shows "Show Context Actions" with alt-enter defined though but has no outcome on  table selected in the "Database" window.

There's another one "Show Quick Actions Popup" which works (but exposes a different set of actions).
