Since updating to Intellij 2019, sbt-shell no longer works when attempting to download sbt-structure-extractor, sbt-idea-shell and sbt-idea-compiler 关注

Since I've updated to Intellij 2019 (I'm using the latest version), every time I run sbt-shell I get this:

Project loading failed: (r)etry, (q)uit, (l)ast, or (i)gnore? 

(I renamed the user and removed proxy related flags from the SBT_OPT params).

The URLs seem to not exist, plus they are referring to Intellij 2018 for some reason.

On Windows I could get away with copying the org.jetbrains folder into .ivy2/cache and it seemed to solve the issue, but on Linux for some reason it isn't working (plus, for some reason the org.jetbrains directory structure seems to be different than what you generally find in .ivy2/cache)

To make matters worst, 2019 didn't get installed into a new directory, so my 2018 is gone.

Can someone help me with this? This is keeping a substantial part of the company from moving to 2019..
