Split/Move Version Control *Tabs* to different places

The Version Control panel have different tabs; Local Changes, Shelf, Log, Console.

Now, you can move the Version Control to a different area of the screen, i.e. Right click on it and "Move to" -> "Bottom Left", "Bottom Right", etc

Is it possible to move the tabs inside of the Version Control panel to different areas of the screen?
