in java doc comments intellij dosnt show unicode like arabic or persian correctly.

What font do you use of the editor? Does it help if you disable italic style for the comments? Attach the screenshot if the issue persists without italic style.
I've managed to reproduce it locally. Raised https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-219734.
