Is there any way to configure the new Services Window to get back the features of the Run Dashboard?
The Run Dashboard nicely dynamically organized your services into Running, Finished, Failed, and Configured. I work on a project with over 30 services. The Run Dashboard conveniently showed which services were Running, and which ones I had recently run (Finished). I could easily see which services were running and I could easily stop all running services. And I could easily start all the services I recently ran. Most of my services are run outside the IDE. Inside the IDE, I run the services I am currently debugging, and this can change frequently. The Run Dashboard organization was perfect. With 2019.2 the useful Run Dashboard was replaced by the Services View -- a big deprovement in my opinion. Running services are not grouped together. I have to scroll through the list to see my running services. I can't stop all the running services or start all the recently used services. It is not much better than the Configurations drop down on the main menu. And guess what, JetBrains, I don't want everything thrown together in one window. Having a separate window for different types, like databases, etc., was much better. And before somebody suggests that I can group my services, why do I now have to manually do something the Run Dashboard used to do for me automatically and dynamically. JetBrains, please give me back the Run Dashboard functionality. Meanwhile, I reverted back to 2019.1. If there is some way to configure the Services View so that it restores the Run Dashboard functionality, please tell me.

Should be fixed in 2019.2.1 update: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-215458.
