In 2019.2, the hotkeys for "Move tab left" and "Move tab right" are no longer working

Using 192-5728 on Windows 10. These hotkeys were working before the upgrade, and there aren't any other hotkeys that conflict with them. Is this a known issue?

Do you mean Alt+Left/Right? Works fine here.
Try assigning a different hotkey and see if it helps.
It's a shortcut to move the actual placement of the tab relative to other tabs.. Ah, I forgot I had used a plugin to provide this tab-moving functionality. So it's really the plugin's problem, not intellij. My bad
