Pycharm IdeaVim: capital i cannot be entered

To whom it may concern,
I am wring to report that capital i cannot be entered using IdeaVim. I am able to enter capital i when I disable the IdeaVim plugin. I am currently using IdeaVim 0.53 and Pycharm 2018.3

It seems that there are some serious issues with IdeaVim plugin in 2019.2 version https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/VIM-1685. Please feel free to vote for the ticket and follow it for updates. If there is an issue that isn't covered by the ticket, feel free to report a separate ticket for it.
