DataGrip 2019.2 Menu bar and file tab issues

Since updating to 2019.1 and 2019.2, I am seeing ghosting in the menu bar when the focus is not on the application, and I am also not seeing filenames for the tabs I have open --> see below at top of screen where there is ghosting of text and where the pink file focus is on a non-listed file in the tab bar.
