Is there a way to see results of sql select run against multiple targets?

I can run a sql statement in a console window and see the results. I can also run the sql statement and save the results to file.

But when the sql statement is saved as a file and run against multiple targets, I cannot see the results of the query. There is a windows with messages that the file was run successfully against the targets in batch mode.  Is there something I'm missing or have not configured right?
