Right mouse click broken since last update, config file corrupt?

The right mouse click menu doesn't show up anymore since the last update ( 2019.2.1 ).

It doesn't matter if I want to select a folder to search through or just try right click in the code window, nothing happens. This worked fine up until the last update.

I do suspect a file may have corrupted during the update because when I go to File -> Settings, then nothing happens. The settings menu doesn't open.

Is there a way to check if the config file is broken, or repair the installation?

Hi there,

Check idea.log for possible hints (Help | Show Log in...)

But overall:

Try re-installing IDE using full installer (I mean: not in-place update/patch): uninstall current one and install again using full installer/package. Keep IDE settings in tact
Try with all 3rd party plugins disabled (if unable to reach that screen when project is opened, try with closed projects (from Welcome screen))
Ensure that all plugins are up to date.

Re-installing it fixed it :)

Looked at the log file as well, and it seems to have run out of HD space when installing the update and rolled back somethings which probably created this issue.
