Keep scope used in previous search

A few releases ago, I would hit ctrl-shift-f - go select my scope and then search.  I only had to do that once unless I later changed my search to a different scope.  

Now, when I reopen webstorm, the scope isn't defaulted in for my next search. Is there a way to do this?
