No reStructured text preview mode in scratches

Anyone else notice there is no preview option if the rst file is in scratches but it is there when it is in the project proper?

Icon is properly identified, but not preview mode available inside of the scratches folder. Just me?

(and yes, have been moving that file back a forth to see if I could trigger it, and the answer is, nope. You do have to close and reopen the doc to get the right mode in the project, and then close and reopen the file inside scratches to see that it does not have a preview option)
