How Enable CSS Background Image in Gutter?

Question: How do I enable a gutter view of the css background image?

Something akin to the below in VSCode....

In Pycharm, I don't get the image preview

there is no such feature, please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-29556 to be notified on any progress with it.

You can use View/Quick Definition on image file name (Ctrl+Shift+I in default Windows keymap) to preview the image.

Shift+hover also works
