Bazelproject without default directory ignores git

Hello,
I have a project were I created a view with a bazelrpoject file. See attached image.
If I use this configuration git is disabled for this project.
But as long as I included all files with "." everything works fine.
What am I doing wrong?

Solved it. Yipiee.
Set in your Settings -> Version Control to an absolute Path
instead of the "Project" Variable as this seems to be overwritten by the bazzelproject File.
