How do I network with the plugin using gradle?

Firstable, i'm not good at English. Please understand about it.

Now i made my own plugin with gradle.

I wanna connect to my own Server.

But i didn't find how to networking in http://www.jetbrains.org/intellij/sdk/docs/welcome.html

pls how to connect to server or how to network.
