DB Navigator. 'Following file associations have been restored: "[ext]". They are registered as DDL file types in project '[Project Name]'.

I'm encountering a bug in DB Navigator 3.1 (Build 0564)., under Android Studio ....

JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o
Windows 10 10.0

I get the following sort of error in the Event Log, when I open a project

" DB Navigator - DDL
Following file associations have been restored: "tpb". They are registered as DDL file types in project "MyThirdApp".
Please remove them from project DDL configuration first (Project Settings > DB Navigator > DDL File Settings)."

This kind of error is repeated 9 times, varying only be the file association.
