HCL/Terraform plugin - typing a number shows code completion

Hi,

The HCL plugin seems to have a bug where it will show a completion popup when a number is typed in.

Is there a timeline of when this bug will be fixed?

I have this same issue, it's super annoying because I can't type any numbers in without having to hit 'esc' to move on.

Only started happening when I upgraded to 2019.3 (I was on 2019.1 or 2 before).
