Debug with break point suddenly stopped working in pycharm 2019.2.5

1. Is the issue reproducible for any code or a specific one? 

2. Python version 

3. compile your logs folder zipped from ***Help | Compress Logs and Show in…*** and upload to the FTP https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com/  , please let me know the folder name

4.  What kind of project it is? if it is possible, please upload a simple example of a code and the location of a breakpoint.
