Before launch options doen't work

Hi all!
Since last update (IntelliJ IDEA 2019.3 (Ultimate Edition)) my Run configurations doen't work well...
I have some "Tomcat Local" configurations. In the "Before launch" section i have a Maven Goal and an Ant target. It worked fine an entire year but now it launch Maven, and Ant at the same time...
