Plugin logo in hosted plugin repository not displaying when browsing plugins available for install

When browsing a hosted plugin repository, the plugin logo does not display.
When the plugin is installed from the hosted plugin repository, the plugin logo is displayed.
Is this the expected behavior for a hosted plugin repository?

This is expected, as icons are fetched from plugins.jetbrains.com or taken directly from installed JAR file
